1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the pak234 platform — whether that is the sports betting section, the casino lobby, the slots area or any other feature — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all registered users and to any visitor browsing the platform without an account.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy. Together these documents form the complete agreement between you and pak234 regarding your use of the platform.

pak234 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified through the platform. The most current version will always be available at /terms-conditions. If you continue using pak234 after an update is published, you are agreeing to the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pak234, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a pak234 employee in a role with access to platform operations.

pak234 performs age and identity verification as part of the account process. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility checks will result in immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure. pak234 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage access.

3. Your Account

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one account on pak234. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different names, different email addresses or different devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. Any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password, security PIN or account access with any other person. pak234 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information you provide during registration and thereafter — including your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information — must be accurate and up to date. pak234 may request supporting documents to verify your identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.4 Account Currency

All pak234 accounts operate in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Deposits, bets, bonuses, winnings and withdrawals are all processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage of the transaction process.

4. Deposits & Payments

pak234 supports the following PKR deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits processed through JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your pak234 balance almost immediately. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on your financial institution.
• pak234 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your provider before depositing.
• pak234 reserves the right to request proof of the funding source for any deposit at any time, particularly where unusual patterns are observed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested through the cashier section of your account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Verification includes identity confirmation and, where applicable, payment source verification.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timelines for each method are shown in the cashier section. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from priority and express processing.
• Withdrawal requests for balances derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before processing can begin.
• pak234 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This may extend processing time but is standard procedure across the industry.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pak234 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and VIP-tier rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you need to wager before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is specified in the individual promotion terms at the time the offer is claimed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount received unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on pak234 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, live casino and table games may carry different contribution percentages. The eligible games list and contribution rates for each active promotion are published alongside the offer details.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking. Claiming a new offer while an existing bonus is active and unwagered may result in the previous bonus being forfeited. Check the status of your current bonus before claiming a new one.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. Expiry dates are shown in the promotions section of your account dashboard.

6.5 Abuse & Misuse

pak234 actively monitors for bonus abuse including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotions, and any other form of manipulation. Where abuse is identified, pak234 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings and suspend the account without prior notice.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section on pak234 covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other markets. The following rules apply across all sports betting activity on the platform:

• Market settlement follows official result data from recognised governing bodies. For cricket, this includes results confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ICC and other relevant authorities.
• In-play bets are accepted up to the point the market is suspended. Once a market is suspended, no further bets can be placed on that selection. Bets placed before suspension remain valid unless the event is voided.
• Void bets occur when a match is abandoned, postponed beyond the stated timeframe, or when an event does not meet the minimum time criteria for settlement. Voided bets are returned to your balance as a stake refund.
• Obvious errors in odds — including technical glitches, data feed errors or mis-priced markets — do not constitute valid bets. pak234 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous prices. Players who deliberately exploit pricing errors may have their accounts reviewed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. Limits are displayed in the betslip before confirmation. Bets exceeding the payout limit may be partially accepted or referred for manual review.
• Multi-bets and accumulators are available on eligible markets. A single voided selection within an accumulator reduces the bet to the next available combination rather than voiding the entire slip, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

8. Casino & Slots

The casino and slots section of pak234 includes slots, live dealer tables, table games and other game formats supplied by third-party game developers. The following conditions apply:

• All games in the pak234 lobby use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live games, real-time dealing by trained dealers. Return-to-player (RTP) data is accessible before you play.
• Technical malfunctions in a game — whether caused by the game software, the platform or any intermediate system — void all related game rounds. Winnings derived from a technical malfunction are not paid out.
• Game rules, paytables and feature descriptions for each title are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before wagering real money.
• Live casino tables may have minimum and maximum bet limits that differ from the standard lobby. These limits are displayed at the table before you take a seat.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pak234 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity during registration.
• Using software, scripts, bots or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches or mispriced odds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of collusion with other players or third parties.
• Laundering money or using the platform to facilitate any financial crime or illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing platform staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or interfere with any part of the pak234 platform or its underlying technology.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts that do not belong to you or are obtained through fraudulent means.

pak234 cooperates fully with relevant authorities where illegal activity is suspected and will provide account information and transaction records as required by lawful requests.

10. Privacy & Data

pak234 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on pak234, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

Key points regarding your data on pak234:

• Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and the delivery of relevant promotions where you have opted in.
• pak234 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support. Some data is retained for a defined period after account closure to comply with record-keeping obligations.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of the platform is detected.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Identity verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• A player has activated self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held securely. If the account is subsequently cleared, the balance will be reinstated. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting pak234 support. Upon voluntary closure, any eligible balance not subject to pending bonus wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal through your registered payment method.

13. Limitation of Liability

pak234 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors or interruptions, particularly during periods of high traffic such as PSL match days or major international cricket fixtures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak234's liability to any user is limited to the value of funds held in the user's account at the time the liability arises. pak234 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, indirect losses or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers or other external systems outside pak234's direct control.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

14. Changes to These Terms

pak234 may revise these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered users will be notified through in-platform announcements or by email to the address associated with their account. The effective date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. If you do not agree with a revised version, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Continued use of pak234 after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
